These terms of trade are valid for music bought from this site.
The present site of music purchase is operated by CMC Entertainment A/S.
When you (the user) purchase music from this site, you agree that the present terms of use constitute a binding agreement between you and CMC Entertainment A/S. The present agreement is entered into only between CMC Entertainment A/S and the user

1. The service provided by CMC Entertainment A/S and the terms of delivery
All the music/videos contained in this site is released with the acceptance of the licence holders. And the music/videos is therefore fully legal. CMC Entertainment A/S offers tracks and albums for download in MP3 format and videos in WMV format (Windows Media Video) with DRM protection. MP3 can be played in most Windows version, Mac and Linux. WMV can be played in Windows 98se, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista. After downloading the music files it is possible to burn these files to a CD or to transfer them to a portable music player.

Mac and Linux do not support DRM protection on WMV files, and consequently the two systems cannot play the files. DRM protection is a requirement from the record companies. CMC Entertainment A/S apologizes for that and for any inconvenience this might cause for Mac and Linux users.

The music and/or video downloads are delivered immediately after the payment procedure is completed. However the download process will vary depending on your Internet connection.

2. Payment
When paying for the music/video files you can use international credit cards: Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, Visa/Dankort and JCB. All the prices in this site are in Euro and VAT is included but without the transaction fee which will be added to the sales price. The fee is 5,75% of the price (minimum EUR 0,26 per transaction).

3. Return policy
Please save your receipt since this is your proof that you have bought the music/video. You can not return the music/video bought from this site. You always have the opportunity to redownload the music you have bought. You can do this 3 times. All the information you need to redownload you can find on your receipt which will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase.

4. Legal rights concerning use of music downloads and copying CDs
All the music available in this site is protected by Danish Law regarding copyright. Violation of the copyright law can result in claim for damages. The right you purchase when you buy music from this site follows the copyright rules – in general:

You are allowed to:

1. Email the music to yourself or others in your household
2. Transfer the music to a portable player which belongs to you or others in your household
3. Copy the music to a CD and play it at a private party
4. Copy the music to a CD and listen to it at your work, school etc.
5. Copy the music to a CD for your car, your boat and for your discman.

You are not allowed to:

1. Email the music to people outside of your household
2. Transfer the music to a portable player which belongs to persons outside of your household
3. Give copies of the music away for example on a CD
4. Lend, trade or sell the music you have bought

All the videos available in this site is protected by Danish Law regarding copyright. Violation of the copyright law can result in claim for damages. The right you purchase when you buy music from this site follows the copyright rules – in general:

You are allowed to:

1. Play the video on your computer
2. Transfer the video to a Secure Windows Media device

6. Registration of customer data
Which pages you look at, at what time you look at them, what browser you use and which IP address you use, are information that are registered when using this site. ”Cookies” are also used to gather information of more technical nature. They are also used for statistical purposes so that we can monitor the traffic in the shop.

Such information is non-person related. This means that you can not be identified as an individual based on the information. The information is gathered solely for the use of the system administrator and the continuing updating of this site

The personal information which is required when using this site is processed by Basepoint Media and eventual external collaborators in accordance with Danish Law.

Basepoint Media only keep the information which are necessary for the completion of your order, e.g. your e-mail address and information about the product. Name, address and e-mail will normally be transmitted unencrypted. All information about customers and their orders will be kept strictly confidential and will never be passed on to a third party.

When paying with a credit card, the transfer of your card information and the transfer of your money will be in encrypted form through a PBS (Payment Business Service) approved DIBS-software. Neither CMC Entertainment A/S nor Basepoint Media can see your information. Basepoint Media is the company that deals with the technical performance of this site. PBS has certified Basepoint Media to administrate this payment form. It is therefore safe to pay with credit card in our shop.

When encrypting is used, you can see a padlock in the lower right corner of the page. We turn your attention to the fact that confidentiality of non encrypted messengers sent through external networks (the Internet) is not technical secure. We keep your data safe but unencrypted.

According to the law regarding personal data you are allowed to see your information data.

7. Limitation of liability
CMC Entertainment A/S and/or Basepoint Media's responsibility does not include:
Errors caused because of the customer's usage of the music together with other applications which directly or indirectly affects the function of the music.

• Loss because of reduced operation, loss of data or other conditions because at the technical operation, which Basepoint Media or CMC Entertainment A/S does not immediately have any influence on.
• Loss because of an attack on Basepoint Media's stores, in example but not limited to hacking or denial of service attack.
• Indirect loss of any kind.

If there is something wrong with the music you have purchased from this site, you have the right to redownload according to section 3. CMC Entertainment A/S and/or Basepoint Media do not claim responsibility for defects except for the access to REDOWNLOAD. If problem arrives in regards to playing videocontent after purchase, please contact customer support at shop@junioreurovision.tv

By purchasing music/videos from this site, you expressly accept and agree that you shall have no right to claim any indemnity or any damages whatsoever against the European Broadcasting Union

8. Venue and law
The terms of trade for music downloads in this site are subjected to Danish Law and any dispute between the buyer and CMC Entertainment A/S and/or Basepoint Media, when buying music/video from this site, is to be decided by the court in Copenhagen.
